For those of you who have followed my blog about my journey through recovery know I'm a success story!
But...as you watch the video, of my only remaining sibling; you will notice the path to recovery can be long and difficult. What you will witness is not only a cry for help but, one of the thousands of people struggling on a daily basis.
Please take a moment and share my blog with someone you know who is struggling with body image, self esteem and/or an eating disorder. Recovery won't happen without the support of others.
