SIX STEPS TO PROCESS YOUR FEELINGS!

To avoid the pitfall of feeling trapped in the cycle of eating disorders, addiction, loop thinking, or suicidal ideation, it's important to know how to process our feelings. Without the ability to do so, it could take years in therapy and treatment centers to overcome what initially started out as an innocent diet, an attempt to escape reality, or a desire to run away from stress. The following exercise will help you learn to process your feelings by pausing, shifting, and redirecting your energy toward something more constructive and calming.
